Despite arriving late, a friendly employee was waiting for me until midnight, which went above and beyond my expectations. The room was well-equipped with a kettle and tea/coffee, a nice touch. Additionally, the hotel offered free parking and free Wi-Fi, which were convenient and appreciated.

The free wi-fi in the room was a game-changer, and the fact that they had free parking was jaw-dropping! The tiny kettle in the room was a nice touch, and the ability to enjoy a hot cup of tea or coffee was just what we needed after a long day of hiking. The flat-screen TV added an extra level of entertainment, and the VIP check-in/-out made us feel like true VIPs. Plus, it was great to know that the hotel was pet-free and had a strict no-smoking policy on site. an absolutely stellar place to stay!

The cleanliness of the bedding and towels could be improved, as they seemed worn and had an unpleasant odor. The soundproofing of the walls and doors was quite poor, as we could hear conversations and TV noise from neighboring rooms.
